The checkout did go through in the end, so that’s good, but the payment step took longer than I expected. I was sitting there dramatically wondering if my card had gone on vacation or something. Not a disaster, but definitely a little annoying.

I tried to start a return and it felt like it took forever just to get the info I needed. return processes are always way more complicated than they need to be, and this one was no different. Not very happy with the experience.

The shipping just felt a bit slower than I expected, and I wish there had been better updates while I was waiting, because of course I kept checking like that would make it move faster. The package itself was totally fine when it arrived, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the quickest delivery.

What’s the point of having cool items if half the sizes are gone like some dumb joke? I’d shop here again, but they really need to keep more things in stock.
